Returns Policy

Welcome to Arveeta Jewellery Store. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains when and how you may request a return, replacement, or refund.

Returns / Replacement and / or Refund is offered only for products that are specifically marked as eligible on the respective product details page.

If a product page mentions a specific return policy, that policy shall prevail over the general policy mentioned below.


📦 Return / Replacement Eligibility Period

Products are returnable within the period mentioned below, except products explicitly marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.

❌ Return / Replacement Will NOT Be Accepted If:

Return / Replacement request is subject to verification by Arveeta Jewellery Store. It shall be refused in the following cases:

a) Product is damaged while in customer’s possession.
b) Product has been used, washed, altered or soiled.
c) Product is returned without original quality check tags / seals / warranty seals.
d) Product is not in original condition.
e) Product is returned without original packaging, invoice, tags, retail box or accessories.
f) Product has missing / damaged / altered serial number.
g) Product returned is different from what was shipped.
h) Combo / Set products cannot be returned individually.
i) Product marked as “Non-Returnable” on product page.


🔄 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to product availability (size, color, design, etc.).

  • Only one replacement request per order is allowed.

  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

  • Customized or engraved jewellery is not eligible for replacement unless damaged or defective upon delivery.


💰 Refund Policy

Refund will be initiated after:

  • Product is received by us.

  • Quality check is completed.

  • Return request is approved.

Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from acceptance of returned product.

We may request additional information or documents to verify customer credentials before initiating refund.

⚠ Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive:

  • A physically damaged product, OR

  • A product different from what was ordered

You must inform us within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery.

If reported within the allowed time:

  • We will arrange pickup.

  • Replacement will be shipped immediately (subject to availability), OR

  • Full refund will be processed.

Failure to report within 3 days may result in rejection of return request.


📌 FAQs

1. What can I return?

You may return items marked as “Returnable” on the product page within the specified return window.


2. Can I replace an item?

Yes, if the item:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Is defective

  • Is different from description

  • Has missing parts

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, refund will be processed.


3. How do I return / replace an item?

To initiate a return:

  1. Login to your Arveeta account.

  2. Go to “My Orders”.

  3. Select the product.

  4. Click “Return / Replace”.

  5. Submit reason and upload images (if required).

If reverse pickup is unavailable, self-ship option will be provided (shipping reimbursement may be capped at ₹100).


4. When will I get my refund?

Refund is processed within 7–10 business days after product is received and verified.

For COD orders, refund will be transferred via NEFT or UPI.


5. Shipment Acceptance Guidelines

Before accepting delivery:

  • Check packaging for damage or tampering.

  • If damaged, refuse delivery.

  • Contact customer support immediately.

For prepaid orders, refund will be processed if delivery is refused due to visible damage.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

A) You may cancel your order before dispatch by logging into your account.

B) If the order has shipped but not delivered, contact customer support immediately.

C) For prepaid orders:

  • Refund will be processed within 4–5 business days if not shipped.

  • If shipped, refund will be processed after product is returned and verified.

Customized jewellery cannot be cancelled once production begins.


Order Cancellation by Arveeta Jewellery Store

In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Incorrect product description

  • Incomplete address

  • Non-serviceable location

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Any reason beyond seller’s control

If prepaid, refund will be processed within 4–5 business days from cancellation date.
