2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product was delivered in damaged condition.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The original invoice and packaging are included.

All return requests must be approved before sending the product back.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, customization, and security reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or engraved jewellery

  • Personalized name jewellery

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Nose pins and body jewellery

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within the eligible return period.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if damaged/defective)

  3. Wait for return authorization confirmation.

  4. Ship the product securely using the instructions provided.

Important:

  • Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for safe packaging during return shipping.

  • We recommend using insured and trackable courier services.


5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product:

  • Our quality team will inspect it.

  • Inspection may take 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, refund or exchange will be processed.

  • If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

6.1 Approved Returns

If the return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake was ours).

6.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Customers must provide accurate bank details.

6.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The product is returned in slightly damaged condition.

  • Original packaging is missing.

  • A promotional discount was applied.


7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within [7 / 14] days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Exchange is allowed for the same or higher value product.

  • If exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference must be paid.

  • If exchanging for a lower value item, the balance may be issued as store credit.

Customized or engraved jewellery cannot be exchanged.


8. Store Credit Option

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

  • Store credit may be valid for [6 / 12] months.

  • It cannot be converted into cash.

  • It must be used in a single purchase unless otherwise specified.


9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your jewellery arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images and unboxing video (if available).

  • Keep original packaging for verification.

Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.


10. Manufacturing Defects

We may repair or replace jewellery with verified manufacturing defects.

This does NOT include:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches

  • Stone loss due to impact

  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, or perfume

  • Broken chains due to pulling


11. Cancellation & Refund Before Shipping

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Within 24-48 hours of placing the order.

  • Before dispatch confirmation.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Refund timelines will follow the standard refund process.


12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider or bank.

  3. Wait for official processing time.

  4. If still unresolved, contact us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


13. Fraud Prevention

For security reasons:

  • We may request identity verification before approving refunds.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

  • Excessive return behavior may lead to account restrictions.


14. International Orders

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Refund will exclude original shipping charges.
